Movie Mayhem

I took the boys to see "Alvin and The Chipmunks - The Squeakquel" the day after Christmas.  Which was also a Saturday.  Smart, right?

Crowds were heavy but we got there on time and of course their computers went down and there wasn't a single high school graduate employee around to tell anyone what to do.  So the three of us make our way through the worse than New Moon at midnight crowds to the customer service desk.
They are handwriting tickets.  One.by.one.  Rudely.

25 minutes later we get our tickets and go to get popcorn.  There was ONE employee working the back side of the concession stand!  Ack!!  Another 20 minutes later and we had obviously missed the first part of the movie.  (Something I could deal with, the boys not so much.)

So I went straight to the top and wrote a letter to the General Manager of ALL the theaters.
Told him about what happened - politely of course.  It took me all of 15 minutes and a stamp.

On Monday I received a letter in the mail apologizing for the inconvenience, with FIVE movie tickets as well as popcorn vouchers!!!

If you have a bad experience with a business or product, don't be afraid to say something!
But remember, be NICE!  You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar!
